Summit Journeys - Adventurous Experiences in the Lake District

GUIDED MOUNTAIN WALKING AND ROCK CLIMBING IN SNOWDONIA AND THE LAKE DISTRICT WITH SUMMIT JOURNEYS

Walking Wainwright's Mountains Weekend - Itinerary

Three full Wainwright mountain days on the fells of the Lake District National Park; a challenging and exhilarating journey through magnificent scenery.  This awesome three day weekend will have you summiting 28 of Wainwright's favourite fells!

Wainwright's very popular seven pictorial guides to the Lake District describe 214 Lakeland fells and ever since they were first published (the first book in 1955) people have wished to be able to say they had stood upon all of them; they wish to 'bag' them all!

Here is your chance to summit 28 of them over three days.

A fairly high level of fitness is recommended due to the stamina required for this three day weekend.
